fonts-cwtex-fs software package provides TrueType Font from cwTeX - FangSong, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install fonts-cwtex-fs
fonts-cwtex-fs is installed in your system.
Make ensure the fonts-cwtex-fs package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep fonts-cwtex-fs *
You will get with fonts-cwtex-fs package name, version, architecture and description in a table
